Dirty bedclothes, lift was broken, internet works sometimes.

Extremely comfy beds and normal double and reasonably large rooms. Plentiful breakfast with the room's rate, different flavours of yoghurt, jam, favourable and absolutely perfect location.

What you'll love and what you won't

Really good staff ensured a nice birthday, offering a good chocolate gift and heartfelt care. Large, modern accommodations with a lovely view.

Although the location was convenient, the bathroom showed significant wear and tear, needing updates.

This hotel is located close to the train station.

The hotel is not in the best part of the city. There was alot of noise. Running above us could be heard easily. Cleanliness was poor. Bathroom smelled of urine as soon as we walked in. Air conditiner did not work well. Beds were cots and one broke. (3 persons/room) I refused to stay another night , that's how bad it was and checked out prior to required time and they made me pay for the other night. Don't stay here!

They say WiFi is available for free throughout inside the hotel. But, it does not work. The person at the reception does not even mention about WiFi password/code. You have to ask about it. Now comes the worst part........... The lift is in a pathetic condition. You might opt to take the stairs if you get afraid of taking the lift.

Room was small and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. The buffet breakfast was very poor value for the cost

Easy check-in and check out; helpful staff room and facility was very clean.

Housekeeping was poor. Didn't clear out some extra trash I had left behind; didn't replenish bathroom supplies on one of the nights.

The breakfast selection is fantastic and delicious.

We could hear people running and creating chaos right outside our room. The lack of soundproofing made sleeping nearly impossible, and the disturbances left us completely drained.

The breakfast with honey and the room's rate was plentiful and the people were very very nice and polite there. I had neat and bright double room.

Normal double and large room and accommodating staff on the reception desk. Had clean a safe box and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Location very close to Easy to get to train station attractions, and main street and metro station. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Royal Kashmir, located 5 min away...

The bathroom was spacious, but the shower had a lingering sewage smell.

The byakko has a perfect location for daily trips, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was fantastic, with local farm products and freshly baked pastries. The staff was super friendly and always helpful.

The staff were kind and helpful, going above and beyond, like when they opened the breakfast area early for my flight. The rooftop terrace offered fine views and a perfect space to unwind with a cup of coffee.

The location is super convenient, right near shops and the tram. The staff were really cute, especially Jean, who checked in on us late at night. The breakfast spread was awesome, tons of sweet stuff. Just wish there was a kettle in the room for tea!
